Other Details to Note
• Parking for three (3) vehicles • This cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Up to 8 total sleeping in full-size futon in living room 2 (see pictures)—$15/night per additional guest for 7-8 people. • The fireplace is for decorative purposes ONLY; it is not available for guest use • The 1st-floor ceiling height is a bit less than 7 feet in some areas • The last segment of the road (350 yards) is not maintained by the city. We do our best to work with the neighbors to keep the road in great condition, but sometimes, especially after heavy rain, it can get a little bumpy. Although some guests drive sedans to get to the cabin with no problem, very low cars might struggle. (see last picture for reference) • Check the weather forecast for Maggie Valley, North Carolina, and pack accordingly. Winters can be snowy, normally this is not a problem, but in heavy, extreme snow 4WD w/ snow tires are recommended.
